National Conference on RTI and Citizen’s Charter, September 2011

The FGG organised its third major national conference in 2011 on the above subject, as a follow up to the two earlier conferences on Integrity (January 2011) and Black Money (May 2011). The panels discussed about the RTI, its effectiveness, how to improve it further and the citizen’s charter. The valedictory address was delivered by Hon’ble Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister of Delhi.

National Conference on Black Money, May 2011

Based on the inputs from it first major conference on Integrity organised in January 2011, the FGG organised the second national conference of the year, on Black Money. Justive PV Reddy, Chairman of the Law Commission of India delivered the key note address, while Mr Wajahat Habibullah, Chairman of the National Commission for Minoroties delviered the valedictory address. The speakers of this conference include Mr BG Vergheese, Ms Kiran Bedi, Swami Agnivesh, Mr VS Sampath, Mr PS Bawa, Prof Arun Kumar, Mr N Bhaskara Rao, R Srikumar, Mr Sudhir Chandra and others.

The first major conference of the FGG was led by comptetent panels including Mr Naveen Jindal, Mr Subhash Kashyap, Mr Wajahat Habubullah, Mr Arvind Kejriwal, Mr Harish Salve, Mr KTS Tulsi and others.
