Programmes record what was said by participants — not what we wish had been said.
Every programme is anchored in a constitutional or statutory question, made explicit at the outset.
Proceedings appear in English and Hindi, written for the educated lay reader rather than the specialist.
Records are released when they are right — not first. We publish four times a year and not more.
The Foundation does not draft policy, lobby legislators, or accept retainers from interested parties.
Every programme since 2011 remains freely available, with the original record preserved unaltered.
We are not a think tank. We are a room with good light, careful chairs, and a habit of listening.
