Right to Information Act 2005 mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information. This website is an initiative taken by Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions to provide a- RTI Portal Gateway to the citizens for quick search of information on the details of first Appellate Authorities, PIOs etc. in addition to providing access to RTI related information / disclosures published on the web by various Public Authorities under the government of India as well as the State Governments.

This is a Government of India Portal aimed at providing the citizens with a platform for redress of their grievances. If you have any grievance against any Government organization in the country, you may lodge your grievance through this website which will go to the Ministry/Department/State Government concerned for immediate redress.
The grievances arising out of Unsatisfactory response or No response from the Ministry/Department concerned will be taken up by the PG officers of DAR&PG who will take up the matter with the Ministry/Department concerned for close monitoring and expeditious redress.

The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) was set up by the Government in 1964 on the recommendations of the Committee on Prevention of Corruption to advise and guide Central Government agencies in the field of vigilance.
As the apex vigilance institution, the CVC is free of control from any executive authority, monitoring all vigilance activity under the Central Government and advising various authorities in Central Government organizations in planning, executing, reviewing and reforming their vigilance work.
Vide a resolution on "Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informer", dated April 2004, the Government of India has authorized the Central Vigilance Commission as the "Designated Agency" to receive written complaints for disclosure on any allegation of corruption or misuse of office and to recommend appropriate action. You may lodge your complaints through this website.

Through this website the CBI welcomes complaints and information primarily relating to corruption in Central Government departments and Central Public Sector Undertakings and nationalised banks. Information on crimes relating to national economy and national security are also welcome. You can use the "Contact Us" link on the left pane of the web page or link "Complaint/Information" on home page of this site to submit the information. The identity of the informant will be kept secret. CBI does not entertain anonymous / pseudonymous complaints.

ZIPNet (Zonal Integrated Police Network) was introduced in the year 2002. The main objective of the Project is to share Crime and Criminal Information in real-time. Project is approved by the MHA, INDIA. The information published on it, relates to Public Interest. It provides Search Engines to match information from Central repository in Online environment. Initially, it was brought forward with the collaborative efforts of Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan Police. Subsequently, in the year 2008, Punjab and Chandigarh Police also joined it. Uttrakhand Police has also joined it in the month of October, 2008.
Through this website you can find important information related to crimes in north Indian states. Information available here includes FIRs, missing persons, most wanted persons, unclaimed dead bodies, lost and found vehicles, missing persons found etc.
